Remote Healing

They are evidence of the deep and mysterious connection that exists between us, a connection that transcends the limitations of time and space.

I once worked with a woman whose son was serving in the military overseas. He was in a dangerous and stressful situation, and she was consumed with worry. She felt helpless, powerless, and terrified. I taught her the practice of Remote Healing. I instructed her to sit every day for a few minutes and to visualize her son surrounded by a bubble of golden, protective light. How to Embody This Teaching

This is a simple but powerful practice of Remote Healing.

1. **Find a quiet and comfortable space.** Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. 2. **Bring to mind the person you wish to send healing to.** See them in your mind’s eye, as clearly as you can. See them as whole, healthy, and vibrant. 3. **Imagine a beautiful, healing light** surrounding them. It could be a golden light, a green light, a pink light, whatever color feels most healing to you. 4. **As you breathe in, imagine you are breathing in the healing energy of the universe.** As you breathe out, imagine you are sending that energy to the person you are holding in your mind. See them being filled with this light, this love, this healing energy. 5. **You might want to repeat a simple mantra or prayer,** such as, “May you be healed. May you be whole. May you be at peace.” 6. **Continue this for as long as you like.** When you are finished, release the person and the outcome to the universe. Trust that the healing energy has been sent, and that it will be received in the way that is most needed.

This practice is not about trying to control or manipulate reality. It is about being a clear and open channel for the healing energy of the universe to flow through you. It is an act of love, of service, and of deep and humble trust.

When This Card Appears

When the Remote Healing card appears, it is a sign that you are being called to be a channel of healing for someone at a distance. There may be a friend, a family member, or even a stranger who is in need of your prayers, your love, your positive intention. This card is a reminder that you do not need to be physically present to be a force for good in someone’s life. Your love is a powerful and tangible energy that can transcend the limitations of time and space.

This card can also be a sign that you are in need of healing yourself. Perhaps you have been feeling disconnected, isolated, or alone. The Remote Healing card is a reminder that you are not alone. You are part of a vast and interconnected web of life. Open yourself to receive the love, the prayers, the healing energy that is being sent to you from seen and unseen sources. You are held. You are loved. You are not alone.
