For more than 30 years, Paul has devoted his life to spiritual practice, study and service. His path has taken him through ashrams, time with Amma and Mother Meera, Advaita Vedanta, self-inquiry and teachers across traditions. He has offered more than 10,000 intuitive readings and guided seekers through grief, healing and the search for freedom.
Paul is also a writer, an Emmy-winning television creator and a former comedian. His teaching brings ancient wisdom into real life with precision, warmth, humor and the courage to face what hurts. In the Circle, he leads the practices, answers your questions and guides you toward the Self beneath the constructs you have carried.

The flame. The cloud. The sphere of freedom.
Paul describes the soul as a thumb-sized flame. Around it is the karmic cloud he believes we carry into each life. The work of liberation burns through what obscures the radiance of your true Self.
We gather emotional, psychological, social, religious and family constructs. We also co-develop personas in response to what others project onto us or demand of us. Releasing them can mean grieving the identities that protected us and the emotions held from trauma.
Paul teaches Ho’oponopono and the Sedona Method as pathways to meet, feel and release those layers. The burning can bring pain; suffering often grows from the mind’s resistance to it. Paul guides you through the practice with wisdom, love and a clear eye on the freedom ahead.
Liberation unfolds along a spectrum. As more of what is untrue falls away, Paul describes a steadier sphere within and around us. Life may still shake us, yet it becomes harder to pull us entirely out of that sphere. His teaching points toward self-realization in this lifetime, through practice and lived experience.
