Heal Your Eyes

So how do you actually heal your spiritual eyes? It starts with intention, but it's built through practice. Every morning, before you check your phone or get into the day's drama, sit quietly for a few minutes and ask: 'What wants to be seen today that I might normally miss?'

Throughout your day, practice the pause. When something triggers you or catches your attention, stop and look again. Not with your mind trying to figure it out, but with your heart trying to feel into it. What's really happening here? What's the deeper story? What would love see?

Here's a simple exercise I give all my clients: pick one person in your life who irritates you. Instead of focusing on their annoying behavior, try to see the wounded child inside them. Or the soul trying to learn something. Or the divine spark that's the same in both of you. It's not about making excuses for bad behavior, it's about seeing the whole picture.

Also, spend time in nature without an agenda. Don't try to think spiritual thoughts or have mystical experiences. Just look. Really look. See how everything is connected. How nothing exists in isolation. How life flows through all forms. Let nature teach your eyes how to see wholeness instead of separation.

And be patient with yourself, right? Healing your spiritual vision is a gradual process. Some days you'll see clearly, other days the old patterns will kick in. That's normal. That's human. The key is to keep choosing love over fear, connection over separation, truth over appearance.
