A generous place to begin

Release the stories you were taught to live.

Many of us learned early how to become acceptable: the responsible one, the invisible one, the rescuer, the achiever, the peacemaker, the rebel. Family expectations, religious messages, social rules, old heartbreaks, and the pressure to belong can become more than ideas. They can become the lens through which we decide who we are allowed to be.

Paul’s work makes room to look at those constructs with tenderness and a little well-placed spice. The invitation is neither to shame the persona nor to make it a permanent identity. These ways of being often carried real intelligence and real protection. They may also have become cramped quarters for the person you are becoming.

This free gathering opens a practical doorway: see the pattern, feel the life underneath it, and discover what becomes possible when your attention is no longer entirely claimed by the old agreement.

The work, in living color

Each layer you release creates more room for freedom.

A layer may soften. A relationship to grief may change. A choice may become clearer. A prayer may feel more honest. There is room for the slow, beautiful accumulation of freedom.

Save your free place

In Paul’s teaching, liberation includes the emotional, psychological, social, religious, and family constructs we carry. It also includes the co-developed personas that can arise when other people’s hopes, fears, judgments, or needs become woven into our self-image. The work is intimate and ordinary: noticing what has been asked of you, what you agreed to, and where you may be ready to revise the agreement.

Release can bring grief. It can mean honoring the self who learned to please, stay quiet, stay busy, stay tough, or stay spiritual on command. Paul approaches that territory with directness, compassion, humor, and respect for the fact that a life is complex. You are welcome to pause, adapt a practice, or let a question ripen in your own discernment. There is no contest for who can be the most transformed before breakfast.

The gathering will introduce pathways Paul draws on in his broader work: Ho’oponopono for reconciliation and forgiveness; the Sedona Method for meeting what is held and inviting release; and humble devotional prayer or mantra for returning attention to the divine. These are living practices to explore, rather than badges to earn. Bring the part of your life that wants a little more truth, space, and kindness.

Three ways in

A teaching for the life you are already living.

01

Notice the construct

Bring a role, reflex, inherited rule, or familiar inner script into view. Clear seeing creates room around what once felt inevitable.

02

Meet what is held

Give grief, tenderness, anger, or longing some honest attention. You choose the pace and the depth that feel useful for you.

03

Practice the return

Explore release, prayer, mantra, and inquiry as ways of returning to a steadier relationship with yourself, others, and the sacred.

Direct teaching, human room

Bring the real you. Paul will meet you there.

Paul’s direct teaching does not ask you to abandon common sense, personal history, or your own inner knowing at the door. It invites a clear and compassionate look at what is here. A family role can be both meaningful and exhausting. A religious inheritance can hold devotion and disappointment. A social identity can offer belonging while leaving other parts of you hungry for air. More than one thing can be true, and the work can begin there.

Bring a question if you have one. Bring the recurring moment when you shrink, snap, over-function, go numb, or wonder why the same old storyline keeps returning in a new costume. Or simply come to listen. The point is not to manufacture a breakthrough on cue. It is to give honest attention to the possibility that you are larger than the pattern - and to learn practices that help you stay in relationship with that possibility.

This is a welcoming space to pause, take what serves, and keep your own discernment close. Liberation can include a more spacious response, a cleaner boundary, a softened burden, or a renewed willingness to love. However it meets you, there is no need to rush the next honest step.

Keep the practice close.

The free teaching can stand on its own. If you would like companion material, these existing pages offer more context for release practice, forgiveness, and deeper ongoing study with Paul.
