Walk With Presence

Free Colorado Walks Return Spring 2027

Your Outdoor Spiritual Practice

When the outdoor walks return in spring, we'll gather at several locations across the Colorado Front Range. I share a mantra, a teaching drawn from Advaita Vedanta and the non-dual traditions, or a meditation on presence and awareness. Then we walk together in silence before closing with reflection and questions. Sign up now for the locations that speak to you; the schedule will be announced in late winter.

Some people join often. Others come when they need a little peace and self-love. Each walk is 40 minutes.

When We Gather

40 minutes. Three simple movements. One deep shift.

1

Arrive & Teaching (15 min)

We gather for a brief teaching or chant. Feet on the ground, breath in your belly. Feeling loved.

2

The Silent Walk (20 min)

Limited talking. Footsteps in a quiet park. Breath and birdsong. Your heart leads and life is lovely.

3

Close & Connect (5 min)

Gratitude, connection amid a lovely closing. Then you step into your weekend lighter and loved.

Seasoned Mystic & Intuitive Guide

I've practiced walking meditation for over 30 years - with Amma, with Native American elders, and alone on mountain trails at dawn. It's one of the simplest and most grounding practices I know.

My spiritual path has been deeply shaped by Amma - the hugging saint - who has embraced over 40 million times worldwide. Amma has asked me to open several of her retreats throughout the years.

I love to walk with intentional souls either in session together, at retreats, and at my many live and online events. I hope you'll join me soon.
