We've Walked
Together

Now go three days deeper - at a rate I only offer to the people who show up every Saturday.

Oct 23 - 25, 2026
The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs

Walk Community Rate - $697 (53% off regular $1,497 price).

Three days. Real life. No performance.

You have done the work alone long enough, and some part of you already knows there is still something that has not shifted.

I am inviting you into three days at an extraordinary retreat, built to give you the breakthrough you are ready for, and practices you can keep for the rest of your life.

This is for the spiritual seeker who has done the work. Read the books. Tried the approaches. And is ready to go past all of it, to the place inside where change actually happens, not the place where you talk about change.

Three days. 30 people. One weekend that can change the direction of everything that comes after it. If any part of this is speaking to you, that is not an accident, and it is worth trusting.

Red rock formations at sunset - retreat setting

This retreat is for you if...

You have done years of real work, therapy, meditation, retreats, personal growth, and something essential has never moved.

You carry emotions in your body that do not entirely feel like yours, inherited grief, ancestral weight, patterns that started long before you were born.

You are the sensitive one, the black sheep, the one who sees what everyone else is carefully not saying, and you are tired of carrying that gift without real support.

Your nervous system lives on alert, and you are bone tired of managing it instead of healing it.

You understand liberation intellectually, but the gap between understanding it and living it is wearing you down.

You have been to retreats that promised transformation and gave you a nice weekend instead, and you are ready for something that actually goes underneath.

You feel separate, like you do not quite belong anywhere, and some part of you suspects that is not a character flaw. It is an unresolved wound, and wounds can close.

You are standing at a turning point, in your life, your relationships, your path, and you want to walk through it in full presence rather than manage your way around it.

You are a healer, an intuitive, a sensitive soul who gives endlessly to others and has been quietly running on empty.

What We'll Do Together

Transformation doesn't happen through more thinking. It happens through direct experience.

Most of us live from the neck up, running life through the mind's endless commentary. But the body holds truth the mind cannot reach. We are going to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you for years, and finally let it speak.

Over these three days we'll create the conditions for something real to move.

Separate yourself from the stories you've mistaken for yourself

One of the most powerful processes I teach is Inner Critic Work. Together we'll uncover the voice that's quietly shaped your life for years - and discover it isn't who you are. People consistently tell me this is the most powerful work they've ever experienced. It is precise, deeply compassionate, and only possible within the safety of the retreat.

Let your body release what your mind has been carrying

The body holds truth the mind cannot access. Through somatic practices, breathwork and sacred sound, we'll learn to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you - and finally let it speak.

Breathe beyond the thinking mind

Through conscious breathwork and vocal toning, we'll work directly with the body's energy. You don't need to understand everything you're releasing. You only need to be willing to let it go.

Let your spirit carry you to where your mind cannot

Meditation, chanting, sacred ceremony and timeless spiritual practices invite us beyond understanding and into direct experience - where real transformation begins.

Be seen as you truly are

Real transformation requires real witnessing. Not the version of you that manages the room - but the person underneath. No performance. No spiritual résumé. Just you. Every retreat unfolds according to the people who are there and what is ready to be seen, understood and released.

Play as liberation

Transformation isn't only found in silence. Through movement, improvisation and playful expression, we step outside the roles we've been protecting for years. Some of the deepest healing I've witnessed happened when someone finally let themselves be loud, wrong, ridiculous... and completely free.

Your Sunday Morning, Your Choice

Sunday morning offers a choice: an optional Garden of the Gods hike with fellow retreatants, or Satsang and spiritual training with Paul. Paul leads Satsang, not the hike. You are welcome to rest instead.

Crossing the Threshold

Transformation isn't measured by time.

Sometimes we spend years understanding ourselves.

Then, in a single moment, something shifts.

Not because we've waited long enough.

Because we've finally created the conditions for what is ready to emerge.

That's what these three days are for.

Be Seen In A New Way

One of the greatest gifts we can receive is to be truly seen. Beyond the roles we play. Beyond the masks we've learned to wear. Beyond who we've been trying to be for everyone else.

In this retreat, you will be witnessed - not by a crowd, but by a small group of people who are doing the same brave work you are. People who won't flinch when you tell the truth. People who won't try to fix you when you finally let yourself feel what you've been holding.

There is something that happens when a human being is truly seen - without judgment, without agenda, without the need to perform. Something ancient in us relaxes. Something that has been bracing for decades finally exhales.

That exhale is where the real work begins.

What to Expect Emotionally

The question most people don't ask but everyone wonders: "What if I fall apart?"

You'll leave feeling lighter than you have in years.

Something shifts when you step out of your routine and into a sacred container with people who actually see you. Most attendees describe a feeling of deep renewal - like a weight they forgot they were carrying has quietly lifted. You'll breathe deeper. Sleep better. Laugh easier. The mountain air and the work together create something your body has been waiting for.

You might cry. That's the point.

Not because we push you to break down, but because when the armor finally comes off in a safe container, the body releases what it's been holding. Tears at this retreat are not a sign of weakness. They're a sign that something real is finally moving.

You might feel raw. We've got you.

Paul has held space for over 10,000 people. You will not be left alone with what surfaces. Every exercise has a landing. Every opening has a closing. The container is built to hold whatever comes through.

You might surprise yourself.

Most people arrive thinking they know what they need to work on. By Saturday afternoon, something entirely different has surfaced - something deeper, more real, and more ready to shift than whatever brought you here. Trust the process. It knows where to go.

Why I'm Offering This to You

Every Saturday morning, you show up. Rain, snow, 6 AM alarm, no fanfare. You drive across town to walk in silence with strangers who became something more than friends. You don't do it for the Instagram post. You do it because something in you knows that presence - real, embodied, shared presence - is the medicine.

I want you to know: that matters to me more than I usually say. The walk community is the heartbeat of everything I do in Denver. You are the people who actually live this work, week after week, without needing a certificate or a title to justify it.

So when I built this retreat - three days at a 5-star mountain resort with practices I've spent 35 years collecting - I knew I wanted the people who walk with me to have first access at a rate that makes it genuinely possible. Not a token discount. A real one. $697 instead of $1,497 - that's 53% off. Because you've already proven you're serious. You don't need a sales page to convince you. You need a door held open.

I hope you'll join us.

While You're Here

Colorado Springs isn't just a backdrop. It's part of the medicine.

Garden of the Gods - ancient red sandstone formations with Pikes Peak in the background

Garden of the Gods

15 minutes from The Broadmoor

Just fifteen minutes from The Broadmoor, 300-million-year-old red sandstone towers rise from the earth like ancient sentinels. Garden of the Gods is a National Natural Landmark - a place where the Ute people held sacred ceremony long before anyone called it a park. The formations are staggering. Pikes Peak watches from behind. The energy is unmistakable.

Optional Sunday outing, 7:00 - 10:00 AM. Explore with fellow retreatants, or stay for Satsang and spiritual training with Paul. Paul will lead Satsang and will not accompany the hike. Choose what supports you; resting is welcome, too.

A Personal Note

If you're still reading this, something in you already knows.

You know the feeling I'm describing. The weight that doesn't lift no matter how many books you read, podcasts you listen to, or affirmations you repeat. The sense that you're carrying something that isn't entirely yours - and that the tools you've been given aren't quite reaching it.

I've been doing this work for 35 years. I've sat with thousands of people in that exact place. And what I can tell you is this: the shift you're looking for doesn't happen through more information. It happens through experience. Through being in a room with people who are ready. Through practices old enough and precise enough to reach what modern approaches can't.

This retreat isn't a vacation with a spiritual theme. It's three days of real work - playful, theatrical, ancient, and deeply personal. You will laugh. You will probably cry. You will meet parts of yourself you've been managing instead of healing. And you will leave with tools that actually work, not because I say so, but because they've been working for thousands of years.

The Broadmoor is extraordinary. The mountains are extraordinary. But the real reason to come is simpler than that: you're ready. And readiness, in my experience, doesn't wait around forever.

I'd be honored to have you there.

With love,

Paul

Something Brought You Here

Let me be straightforward with you.

The fact that you've read this far means something. A part of you is responding to what's here - and that part tends to know what it needs.

Trust that response.

The work we do together at The Broadmoor - the embodied exercises, the inner critic work, the Native American rituals at the mountain lodge - is grounded, practical, and real. It's the practice of releasing what isn't serving you, so you can finally live with the clarity and freedom that's been waiting underneath.
