I may request a retreat-fee refund through October 5, 2026. After that, voluntary cancellation or early departure is nonrefundable. If Paul cancels or asks me to leave, the retreat fee is fully refunded, not lodging, travel, or meals. I can raise concerns; privacy never prevents seeking help or reporting harm.
I participate voluntarily, accept the risks of the activities I choose, and take responsibility for my health and limits. Altitude, long days, movement, breathwork, rituals, and the optional hike may be demanding. I can adapt, stop or rest, or opt out without explanation, and will seek medical advice if unsure. I have read the Retreat Details and can ask questions. This does not replace medical care or waive rights protected by law.
You may observe, opt out, or rest without explanation. The October 2026 retreat refund exceptions are stated above and in the private Retreat Details; nothing limits rights protected by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Believe In Miracles LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the website or services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
