Each month from November through March, we come together for 50 minutes of spiritual teachings, guided practices, a mantra, and time for questions.
Bring your questions, your tenderness, and your sense of humor. This is spiritual practice for the life you actually live.

Your Guide - Paul Wagner/Krishna Kalesh
I'm not a guru. I'm not a therapist. I'm a rebel who spent 30 years studying with awakened masters, testing ancient practices on myself, and refusing to accept that healing has to take forever or cost a fortune.
My work is rooted in Advaita Vedanta (non-duality), with influences from Hinduism, Buddhism, and the mystical teachings of Jesus.
I'm a touring comedian turned spiritual teacher, with Emmy-winning comedy roots, and two decades of devotion to Amma, the Hugging Saint. I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of people, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve.
Expect loving, direct teaching, spicy humor, colorful language, and plenty of laughter. I encourage you to show up as your authentic self. The language may be colorful, but the intention is always kindness.
