THE WORK OF LIBERATION

Releasing Patterns and Stories You Learned to Live By

Many of us learned early how to become acceptable: the responsible one, the invisible one, the rescuer, the achiever, the peacemaker, the rebel. Family expectations, religious messages, social rules, old heartbreaks, and the pressure to belong can become more than ideas. They can become the lens through which we decide who we are allowed to be.

You may already recognize your patterns — but still feel unsure how to shift them.

Understanding a pattern isn't always the same as being free of it.

An Introduction to the Deeper Work of Liberation

I'll offer some teaching, then guide you through simple, accessible practices of release and forgiveness that you can draw upon when facing life's challenges, circumstances, and relationships.

Bring your own life into the work — an inherited belief, a familiar role, or a feeling you've been carrying.

A layer may soften. A choice may become clearer.

These aren't quick fixes, but living practices you can return to as you begin loosening the hold of old patterns and stories.

If you've experienced my longer, in-depth workshops in the past, this is another chance to practice with live guidance.

Bring the life you are already living.

Bring the recurring moment when you shrink, snap, over-function, go numb, or wonder why the same old storyline keeps returning in a new costume. Or simply come to listen.

The point is not to manufacture a breakthrough on cue. It is to give honest attention to the possibility that you are larger than the pattern — and to learn practices that help you stay in relationship with that possibility.

This is a welcoming space to pause, take what serves, and keep your own discernment close.

Meet Paul Wagner

Paul Wagner, Krishna Kalesh, your guide

I'm not a guru. I'm not a therapist. I'm a rebel who spent 30 years studying with awakened masters, testing ancient practices on myself, and questioning the idea that healing has to take forever or cost a fortune.

My work is rooted in Advaita Vedanta (non-duality), with influences from Hinduism, Buddhism, and the mystical teachings of Jesus. I've spent two decades devoted to Amma, the Hugging Saint.

I'm a touring comedian turned spiritual teacher, with Emmy-winning comedy roots. I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of people, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve.

In my teaching, liberation isn't just about changing old habits. It's about recognizing the emotional, psychological, social, religious, and family conditioning we carry — including the identities we developed in response to other people's hopes, fears, judgments, and needs.

The work is intimate and ordinary: noticing what has been asked of you, what you agreed to, and where you may be ready to revise the agreement.

Expect loving, direct teaching, spicy humor, colorful language, and plenty of laughter. I encourage you to show up as your authentic self. The language may be colorful, but the intention is always kindness.

This free event is an introduction to the deeper work I guide my community through. If you feel called to go further, I'll also share how you can continue this journey through my online spiritual mentorship community, The Sovereign Circle.
