A Walk to Remember
Our Rock Park Morning
On Saturday, October 3, 2026, we gathered for teaching, quiet movement, and a morning of presence together at Rock Park. No mats, no studio, no performance - just a moment to arrive beneath the open sky.
We met at the covered picnic pavilion near the Front Street trailhead parking lot at Rock Park, 1470 Front St, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The trails are unpaved and can be steep or uneven, so sturdy shoes were important.
