You've done the work. You've read the books, tried the meditations, sat through the therapy sessions. And still - there's something underneath all of it that hasn't moved. A weight. A pattern. A feeling you can't quite name but can't seem to shake.
That's not because you're broken. It's because the tools you've been given were designed to help you understand your pain - not release it. Understanding is not the same as freedom.
Two days give the work room to land. You can try a practice, notice what it touches, rest or write during the break, and come back to it with more honesty. You may participate fully, take notes, sit quietly with what is arising, or observe when that is what is true for you. There is no required public sharing and no prize for going faster or deeper than your own pace allows. Come curious, skeptical, tired, devoted, or unsure. Bring the life you are actually living.
Guided practice that creates a real, felt shift—deeper than any book or podcast could take you.
A powerful releasing technique that helps you let go of stored emotions - grief, anger, fear, shame - in real time. Not by analyzing them. By feeling and releasing them.
The ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. Four simple phrases that dissolve resentment and restore your connection to love - including love for yourself.
Spoken truths that reprogram your nervous system. Not affirmations you don't believe - declarations that arise from the release work you've just done. They land differently when the emotional charge is gone.
Your body holds what your mind has forgotten. We'll work with breath, stillness, and gentle awareness to let the body complete its healing process. The extended format gives us more time here.
Wisdom drawn from traditions that have been healing people for thousands of years - not theory, but living practices you can feel working in your body the moment you receive them.
Ancient sound vibrations that bypass the thinking mind and speak directly to your nervous system. You'll leave with mantras you can use daily to anchor yourself in peace.

A short gathering can open a door. Two full days let you stay long enough to notice what you usually rush past: the feeling underneath the explanation, the inner commentary that keeps taking charge, the familiar escape route that appears the moment something matters. Transformation does not happen through more thinking alone. It happens through direct experience—through enough time to try a practice, feel what it reveals, and return without pretending the first answer was the whole truth.
This retreat is deliberately practical. Teachings are offered in service of practice, not as ideas to collect. The work may be quiet and internal, or it may bring emotion to the surface; neither response is a problem to solve or a badge to earn. You are welcome to listen closely, journal, ask a question, take a breath, or sit in stillness. Real depth does not require a performance. It asks for honest attention.
02
Day One begins the shared work of spiritual liberation: morning teachings, core practices, and ritual training, followed by an afternoon of practice, integration, and questions. We start by meeting the stories, triggers, and emotional charge that have been asking for attention—not to turn your history into an identity, but to notice the difference between understanding a pattern and being free to respond differently.
The first day makes room for the foundations of the work: releasing through the Sedona Method, reconciliation through Ho'oponopono, somatic attention, declarations, mantra, and teachings that invite a more direct relationship with yourself. If you arrive with a specific pattern, grief, conflict, or question, you can let it accompany you without having to announce it to anyone. The point is not to force a breakthrough. It is to become honest enough to notice what is ready to be met.
03
Day Two is not a repeat of Day One. It is a return to the same essential practices with the benefit of having lived with them for a day. The morning again holds teachings, core practices, and ritual training; after the lunch break, the work turns toward further practice, integration, and questions. Repetition matters. Often the mind wants a fresh idea just when the body is beginning to recognize a truer one.
This second day gives you time to work with what opened, what resisted, what surprised you, and what you want to carry into ordinary life. Sacred declarations and mantras can become more useful when they arise from work you have actually done. Questions can be less theoretical after you have sat with the practice. Paul guides the room directly, with room for humor, clarity, stillness, and the honest answer rather than the polished one.

You do not need a spiritual résumé to belong here. No background in spirituality is required, and no doctrine or conversion is being asked of you. The practices draw from ancient wisdom traditions, but your own direct experience matters more than adopting someone else's language. Whether you are deeply devotional, practical, skeptical, or somewhere in between, you can take what is real for you and leave the pressure to have a particular experience at the door.
There is no mandatory sharing, no partner exercise you did not choose, and no moment where you have to make your private life public. Some people meet the work through writing or silence. Some feel emotion move. Some simply become more aware of where they have been holding themselves apart from their own life. All of those are valid. You decide when to participate, when to pause, and when to rest.

Real depth in a spicy environment with real people. It’s time to release your triggers and everything that’s been holding you back.

I'm Paul Wagner. I'm not a guru. I'm not a therapist. I'm a rebel who spent 30 years studying with awakened masters, testing ancient practices on myself, and refusing to accept that healing has to take forever or cost a fortune.
I've facilitated thousands of sessions helping people release what they've been carrying and reconnect with who they actually are beneath the stories. I don't do theory. I don't do performance spirituality. I create spaces where real things happen - where people feel lighter walking out than they did walking in.
Fair warning: I'm a former Emmy-winning comedian and my events are neither politically correct nor woke. They're raw, irreverent, deeply honest, and occasionally profane - because real healing doesn't happen inside a sanitized box. If you want polished and polite, this isn't your event. If you want something that actually moves the needle, welcome home.
That's the only metric that matters to me.

Paul has spent decades studying directly with some of the world's most revered spiritual teachers—including Amma, the Hugging Saint.
This isn't borrowed wisdom from books. It's transmission—living knowledge passed from teacher to student through direct experience, devotion, and practice.
“The practices I share aren't mine. They belong to a lineage of awakened beings who understood that liberation is available to everyone—not just monks on mountaintops.”
