You may have become very good at being the one who handles it: useful, composed, funny, productive, in control.
You may have read the books, tried meditation, talked it through, and learned how to explain your patterns with impressive precision.
Yet something underneath it all may not have moved.
A weight. A reaction. A grief. A private anger. A feeling you cannot quite name but cannot seem to shake.
It doesn’t mean you have failed at being a good man. It simply means that understanding is not the same as freedom.
This is a morning of direct teaching and practice for men ready to meet what is real beneath the role.
Direct teaching and guided practice with room to meet the work in your own way.
A powerful releasing technique to let go of stored emotions - grief, anger, fear, shame - in real time.
An ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness to dissolve resentment and restore your connection to love - including love for yourself.
Spoken truths that reprogram your nervous system - not affirmations you don’t believe, but declarations that arise from the release work you've done.
Your body holds what your mind has forgotten. Breath, stillness, and awareness help the body complete its healing process.
Wisdom from traditions that have been healing people for thousands of years—living practices you can feel working in your body.
Ancient sound vibrations that bypass the thinking mind and speak directly to your nervous system.

Many men have been trained to turn strength into distance. Stay useful. Keep moving. Solve the problem. Make the joke. Do not need too much.
Those strategies may have helped you get through something. They are not proof that you have to live behind them forever.
This workshop is not interested in taking away what is strong in you. It asks whether strength can include contact—with the feeling under the reaction, the truth under the explanation, and the part of you that is exhausted from holding the whole performance together.
The divine self is not a more impressive identity. It is the capacity to notice fear, grief, anger, longing, and the urge to control without immediately obeying them.

I don’t do theory for theory’s sake, and this is not a room for performance spirituality.
Spiritual excellence is not perfection. It is the willingness to return: to presence when you have gone numb, to responsibility when you have blamed, to kindness when you have hardened, and to truth when the old strategy is easier.
That is a living practice. It matters in a conversation with your partner, with your children, with a friend, at work, and alone with yourself - not only in a workshop.
We’ll work with Sedona Method releasing, Ho'oponopono forgiveness, sacred declarations, somatic attention, ancient healing practices, and mantras.
Insight alone can stay safely above the neck, while freedom asks for honest participation.

Emotional release is not a demand to become emotional in public, and forgiveness is not a command to pardon what was harmful.
If grief, anger, fear, shame, or relief show up, they are welcome; if they do not, there is nothing to manufacture. We work with what is real.
The work is direct because life is direct. The next argument, the next silence, the next moment you feel the need to win, disappear, or make yourself useful will not wait for a perfect spiritual answer.
The practices offer something you can return to there: a breath, a question, a mantra, or the simple willingness to stop fighting what you feel long enough to let it speak.
My style is warm, unsentimental, and occasionally irreverent. There will be raw honesty and humor, not a sanitized version of healing.
The purpose is not to make you into someone else. It is to help you reconnect with who you actually are beneath the stories, the armor, and the role.
If you want polished and polite, this may not be your event. If you are ready for a real encounter with yourself, you are welcome here.

I'm Paul Wagner. I'm not a guru. I'm not a therapist. I'm a rebel who spent 30 years studying with awakened masters, testing ancient practices on myself, and refusing to accept that healing has to take forever or cost a fortune.
I've facilitated thousands of sessions helping people release what they've been carrying and reconnect with who they actually are beneath the stories. I don't do theory. I don't do performance spirituality. I create spaces where real things happen - where people feel lighter walking out than they did walking in.
Fair warning: I'm a former Emmy-winning comedian and my events are neither politically correct nor woke. They're raw, irreverent, deeply honest, and occasionally profane - because real healing doesn't happen inside a sanitized box. If you want polished and polite, this isn't your event. If you want something that actually moves the needle, welcome home.
That's the only metric that matters to me.

Paul has spent decades studying directly with some of the world's most revered spiritual teachers—including Amma, the Hugging Saint.
This isn't borrowed wisdom from books. It's transmission—living knowledge passed from teacher to student through direct experience, devotion, and practice.
“The practices I share aren't mine. They belong to a lineage of awakened beings who understood that liberation is available to everyone—not just monks on mountaintops.”
