We are constantly surrounded by noise, by distraction, by the endless chatter of other people’s opinions and expectations.

From the moment we wake up to the moment we fall asleep, we are plugged in, tuned in, and constantly seeking validation from the outside world.

We have become so accustomed to this constant stimulation that the very idea of being alone with ourselves can feel like a punishment. But I’m here to tell you that solitude is not a punishment.
