What I've Learned
Reiki is a beautiful and gentle form of energy healing that I have been privileged to practice and teach for many years. It's based on the principle that a universal life force energy flows through all of us, and when this energy is low or blocked, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. As a Reiki practitioner, I act as a channel for this divine energy, directing it to you to clear blockages and promote balance on all levels -physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It's not my energy; it is the energy of the universe, the same energy that makes the flowers grow and the planets turn. My role is simply to hold a sacred space and allow this intelligent, loving energy to flow to where it is most needed within you, supporting your body's own innate ability to heal itself. It's a profound act of surrender and trust in the wisdom of the universe.
