What I've Learned
Decision paralysis often comes from the belief that there's one "right" choice and infinite "wrong" ones. But here's what I've learned: Every path leads somewhere valuable. The question isn't "What's the right choice?" The question is "What choice aligns with who I want to become?" Your mind will give you endless pros and cons. It will analyze and worry and second-guess. But your body and your heart know the truth. When you imagine each option, notice where you feel expansion and where you feel contraction. Expansion is your soul saying yes. Contraction is your soul saying not this way. Trust that inner knowing. It's wiser than any list of pros and cons.
