What I've Learned
I have come to understand death not as an end, but as a profound and sacred transition. It is a journey the soul undertakes, a return to the source from which we all emerged. In my thirty years as a spiritual guide, I have sat with many who are navigating this passage, and I have seen that it is possible to approach it with peace and even a sense of grace. The key is to release our resistance, to soften into the reality of what is happening. It is about healing old wounds, saying what needs to be said, and forgiving what needs to be forgiven.
